To enhance access to justice for low-income South Asians in Toronto. Specifically serves South Asian clients but willing to see other clients for advice but cannot take on case if not South Asian. Mostly deals with: Immigration related issues, Work permit, Spousal issues, Student visa, Employment / E.I., Human rights, Ontario works, ODSP, Police or Domestic Violence issues etc.
