  • No. All of our programs, services and events are FREE to residents.

  • We can support you in your search for the right career, and we provide job and training opportunities. We are an Employment Ontario site, offer programs supported by The City of Toronto, and we work with local employers to provide decent jobs to local residents. Our approach includes self-serve options and one-on-one supports.

  • Yes. Free parking is available to the west side of our building. Please note that long term parking is not available.

  • Yes. The Storefront has an ID clinic. Please check our calendar to see when they will be available next!

  • Yes. Our Community Resource Specialists are available to residents in the Service Hub to assist you with form completion and connect you with additional community resources as needed.

  • Yes. We have a printer that is available for community use. Up to 25 pages is available to residents per day, for free. If you need to print something in a larger quantity, please connect with our Front Desk staff to discuss.

  • Yes. Our Resource Centre is available for residents to use, at no cost to you. Please check our hours and days of operation to make your plan to visit. Our staff are happy to help you complete tasks on the computers - all you need to do is ask!

  • The East Scarborough Storefront is a project of MakeWay Charitable Society, a platform for changemakers and a registered Canadian charity. Donations to The Storefront in support of our work, will receive a tax receipt from MakeWay.
