The I.D Clinic assists individuals who do not have permanent housing with
obtaining identification documents.

ID workers can assist clients with obtaining the following documents:

• Health Card (Only for people who do not have permanent housing)
• Ontario Photo ID Card (Only for people who do not have permanent housing)
• Birth Registration
• Canadian Birth Certificate – wallet size
• Verification of Status (formerly Record of Landing) – replacements

* Appointments are booked in person on the day of the ID Clinic. The ID
Clinic is currently running at a reduced capacity due to the pandemic.
